Ways I Use To Get Rid Of Dak Circles And Bags Under The Eyes

Beauty

Reduce any dark circles and under the eyes, you have accumulated over years of fun.

Our humans are imperfect beings. We know we want to get in better shape, but the chocolate cookie looks delicious. We know we'll have to get up early, but the Netflix show has only one episode left on which we're juggling. We know that we should apply sunblock religiously, but we forget to bring the bottle when we go to the beach.

This is life. But this does not mean that we cannot create certain habits and best practices to mitigate the inevitable effects of a good life. Chatting on a late-night drink, getting out in the sun every day and not having the energy to apply eye cream for every bedtime, there are many tips and tricks that we can use to fight the signs of ageing.

Nobody is perfect. That is why I will tell here different routines that will help you reduce any dark circles and low eye bags you have accumulated over years of fun.

Why do we receive eye circles?

To be honest, even if you have spent your life treating your skin as carefully as possible, we are all going to show signs of ageing sooner or later - and under-eye bags and dark circles.

Over time, the skin naturally loses collagen and becomes thinner, so no matter what your skin is or how good habits you maintain, the veins will inevitably begin to appear from the thin skin around your eyes. As we already know, exposure to the sun speeds up the process of collagen breakdown, so your best weapon against underage circles is disciplined and persistent sunblock application habits from an early age. (Wearing sunglasses when out in the sun helps, too - less squinting = less crow's feet!)

The best habits, however, may not change your genes! Genetics is the biggest determinant of what our skin will be and what we look like by age. Those of us who have inherited or have thinner skin show it under the circles more easily than others because when there is blood pooling in the capillaries under our eyes, it is more through the lighter skin. Is clear.

Unfortunately, as more and more blood accumulates there, your delicate capillaries begin to stretch and stretch under the weight, causing more leaks and blood pooling - and eventually deepening under the eye circles.

Still, for others, darkness under the eyes and eye bags is not caused by ageing, sunbathing or genetics. Sometimes it is a simple case of allergy. Year-round allergies such as dust or mould, or seasonal allergies, in the spring many of us trigger the release of histamine, which causes an inflammatory reaction. This means that our blood vessels become swollen and swollen - including our eyes.

Okay, so that explains why I have dark circles under my eyes. But how do I get rid of the under bag?

Experiment with the following routines to see which one works most effectively for you. Remember to use patience and continuity when trying a new routine. Follow the routine every day for 4 to 6 weeks. If after that period, you still can't see the results you want, go to the next exercise and see if it works better to reduce the darkness under your eyes and the circle.

The best routine to get rid of dark circles and under-eye bags

  1. Cold Compress

In the morning or evening - or better yet, morning and evening - apply a cold compress for about 10 minutes. If you have a mask that you can keep in your fridge and take out twice a day, the easiest way is to reduce this dark circles method. Just make sure to keep it clean and give it a good soap scrub a few times a week!

  2. Cucumber

We've all seen cucumbers used as cold compresses in TV and movies - but do they work?

Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties, so you can use slices of cucumbers to naturally heal raccoon eyes.

To try this method twice a day, cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and then refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then, leave the slices on your eyes for 10 minutes. Rinse your eye area with warm (but not hot) water after use. I use to do this for 1 week and was able to see the result.

  3. Cucumber juice + lemon juice

If the pieces of cucumber don't work for you, try mixing equal parts of cucumber and lemon juice and then use a cotton ball to apply to your under-eye circle. (There is no lemon juice in your eye!) Leave the solution on your skin for 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

  4. Rosewater

Rosewater does not just smell great - it can also soothe and rejuvenate tired skin. Like cucumber, it is a mild astringent, so it can work as a skin toner. Simply soak the cotton makeup remover pad in rose water for a few minutes, and then allow the soaked makeup pad to sit on your closed eyelids. Leave them twice daily for about 15 minutes.

  5. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are high in lycopene, a substance that is excellent for your heart health, vision and your skin. Lycopene can help create softer, more tender skin, as well as reduce the appearance of dark circles under the eyes.

To get the therapeutic benefits of lycopene found in tomatoes, mix tomato juice in equal parts with lemon juice and then use a cotton ball or makeup remover pad to apply it to the area under your eyes. (Again, please do not add lemon juice to your eyes.) Leave the solution for 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water, twice daily.

A delicious combination of tomato juice, lemon juice and mint leaves to drink daily will help improve your overall health as well as your skin.

  6. Cold Tea Bag

If you do not have a cold compress or mask to use, substitute with a teabag. Many teas, such as green tea, have the added benefit of antioxidants, which have anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe tense capillaries in your eye area.

To use a cold tea bag as a compress, soak a tea bag in clean water and then keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then, keep the tea bags over your eyes. Leave 10 minutes or twice daily before removing and rinsing the area with warm water.

  7. Potatoes

Potatoes are a surprising source of a lot of vitamin C, which is great for the synthesis of collagen to promote healthy, young skin.

To harness the power of vitamin C to treat your under eye bag, grind some potatoes. Remove the juice from the potato and soak some cotton makeup remover pad in the juice. Keep the pads on your eyes for about 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

  8. Cold Milk

Dairy products such as milk are a great source of vitamin A, which contains retinoids that are great for keeping the skin radiant and youthful.

To get the benefit of milk vitamin A, soak the cotton makeup remover pad in a bowl of cold milk for a while. Use a pad to apply the milk to your Under Eye bag and let it sit twice daily for about 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

  9. Orange Juice

Since orange juice is high in both vitamin A and C content, it can help remove dark circles from under your eyes. Add a few drops of glycerin to the orange juice and then soak a cotton makeup remover pad to apply to the skin under your eyes. You give natural glycerin to your skin along with the benefits of orange vitamins.

  10. Vitamin E Oil

Vitamin E helps fight the effects of free radicals that signal wrinkles like ageing. Before going to bed at night, apply a drop of oil (a little goes out of the way) in the dark circles under the eyes, gently massage into the skin. Leave it on your skin overnight and in the morning, rinse with warm water.
